It provides a transparent mode of operation with no hidden charges.
If we quote for a project and it turns out larger than indicated, ITL will bear the excess portion of the cost and not pass it on as an extra to the client. All quotes will be upheld unless the client adds to the project once started.
ITL quotations are binding for 2 months.

ITL will ensure that the job is sent to the appropriate translator with the expertise to handle the subject matter. Our translators undergo a strict vetting process to ensure that they are competent and reliable.
All ITL translators translate only into their MOTHER TONGUE.
This ensures cultural and linguistic accuracy.

ITL highly recommends that publicity work is checked through by an agent in the respective country BEFORE publication. The company will not accept responsibility for changes to its work without its prior notification and consent.

ALL TRANSLATIONS AND INTERPRETING ASSIGNMENTS ARE TREATED AS CONFIDENTIAL! Records are normally destroyed after 12 months. ITL has professional indemnity insurance through the Association of Translation Companies’ recommended broker. ITL terms and conditions are available on request.
